Heading out for a checkup, Jennifer Garner and her daughter Seraphina were spotted paying a visit to the doctor’s office yesterday (March 22).

The “Catch and Release” babe and her adorable little girl looked to be having a marvelous time as they enjoyed some mother-daughter bonding time.

Garner’s outing yesterday came just three weeks after she gave birth to her and Ben Affleck’s third child, Samuel, and she appeared to be in great health.

Of her balancing work and family, Jennifer told press, "I live my life at these two extremes. I'm either a full-time stay-at-home mom or a full-time actress.”
